SikaTop Seal-107 is a two-component cementitious waterproofing material for suitable mineral substrates. Remove weak material, dust, oil and loose coatings before application.
The components, layer thickness, curing and intercoat time must follow the current product data. The coating is not a substitute for repairing movement, joints or a failed substrate.
