A static shrinkage crack, a moving joint and an active water leak are different defects. Width, depth, movement, substrate condition and water direction must be checked first.
Crystalline treatment can be part of a concrete repair system, but it does not replace filling a deep crack, sealing a movement joint or controlling pressurised water.
